Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly — please contact us immediately at support@moncinq.com if you need to make changes. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been picked and packed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (for eligible Australian orders).
Do you offer Afterpay or buy now, pay later?
Yes — Afterpay is available at checkout for Australian customers on orders over $50. Simply select Afterpay at checkout and follow the prompts.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to order?
Our pieces are designed to fit true to size. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What if an item doesn't fit?
No stress — we offer exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page to get started.
Do your sizes run small or large?
Our pieces are designed to fit true to Australian sizing. Each product page includes specific fit notes to help you choose — look for "fits true to size," "relaxed fit," or "size down for a closer fit."
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Australian orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days (standard) or 1–3 business days (express). International delivery times vary — see our Shipping Info page for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders are sent via DHL Express. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-price, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale. See our Returns page for full details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at support@moncinq.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return address.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Products & Care
How should I care for my Mon Cinq pieces?
Care instructions are printed on the label of each garment. As a general rule, we recommend cold machine wash or hand wash, and lay flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the shape and fabric quality.
We are very intentional about our pieces being detachable. The shoulder pads are removable — please remove before washing. The brooch is also removable — please remove before washing.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
We do restock popular pieces — sign up to the waitlist on the product page to be notified first. You can also follow us on Instagram for restock announcements.
Are your fabrics ethically sourced?
Yes — we're committed to working with ethical suppliers and using quality, long-lasting fabrics. We'd rather make fewer pieces that last longer than contribute to fast fashion. More details on our About page.
