Start your return
Email us at support@moncinq.com with your order number and reason.

Send it back
Pack your item securely and ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We'll sort it
Once received, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We'll do our best to swap it for you, subject to availability.
Conditions for return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Please start your return within 14 days of delivery — we're unable to accept returns requested outside this window, so reach out as soon as you can
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty
