Start your return
Email us at support@moncinq.com with your order number and reason.

Send it back
Pack your item securely and post it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We'll sort it
Once received, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We'll do our best to swap it for you, subject to availability.
Conditions for return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery — returns requested after this period will not be accepted
- Sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty
